Let me start by saying Patrick (the last reviewer) is an idiot! You are complaining that someone is doing their job and not letting you be a POS? Good job hero! I really enjoy when a ref enforces rules and holds people accountable for their actions if they choose not to be a normal human and disobey the rules. This place is fantastic and welcomes all types of players from beginners to more advanced seasoned players. The local player community here also really embraces the beginners and gives tips and tricks to anyone that asks without judgment. The atmosphere is super fun with fantastic music and staff that loves to engage the customers and ensure they are having a great time. When you visit please keep in mind the Store is not owned or operated by the owner of High Ground. So if you got an issue with the staff at the store please don't reflect your review on High Ground Airsoft!
Place is great just don't go when the blond girl is the referee, she's overly strict with all rules in general, closes the door and doesn't let you in making you lose your money's worth. I just try to avoid her shifts now. Other than that great place with good community.
This place is so great! I definitely recommend purchasing your air-soft equipment here! The playing field is nicely designed and fun for birthdays!
Real fun place, and the staff is chill. My only problem is that some of the little kids and a small amount of players not calling their hits. There where also a few kids who didn't crono their hpa pistol, which was annoying cause it hurt alot more, but I expected that there would be some.
After getting back into airsoft, all I can say is the community has GREATLY improved. Back when they had the location in spring it was SUPER toxic and too many cheaters were loaded there. Now they seem to be super safety oriented and do a lot of steps to get there. The evike store is bigger to say the least. More parts, more guns, and more equipment. My only complaint is that I’m guessing either when they help you get a battery they seem to forget which one is good and instead just pick one out that they think is good. I had to replace a battery for another one (didn’t cost me a dime so thank you guys). My only complaint is that I had to go get a new battery and a band and a bigger Barrel sock. And it cost me like almost an hour of my time. Other than that. I’m gonna be coming here more often. And Shout out to the employee that gave me the SIG p320 M18. I’m obsessed with it
My son enjoyed a birthday party here. They have a good selection from what I gather. However, the customer service fell short in the retail store.
We arrived Sunday to shop for AEG guns. The gentleman at the counter was not engaging in our questions. We looked some more at items on the wall.
We found some guns interesting. We asked for help. The gentleman came over and answer our questions. Then he stepped away.
We discussed and were ready to purchase then they told us they were closed. Very frustrating when you drive 40 minutes out of your way only to be told "sorry the register is closed. We open Tuesday."
They knew we were shopping and could have given a heads up "we are about to close, is there anything you need?" Instead they told us to come back later. I may never go back after the experience we had.
Great people to play with and work around! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming for newer players and older players as well! Glad to be apart of this great community!
I would've given this place a 0 if that was a choice. I had the worst time of my life here.Waste of time and money.firstly I want to thank the middle aged manager for being a prick for making the worst jokes that can be really offensive and also extremely rude. Secondly ,refs and staff are unprofessional and tend to play around with others, not saying they can't have fun just that they do it too often. only thing I liked about this location is there cardboard pizza. never coming back again after this experience.
